Long story short been with my loverly partner now for years and years, my question is; Where can we afford in the big LDN in 2018? Currently occupying a good freinds three bed house in Dagenham East for very silly rent money private bike room, garden out back for my adventure van to live, drive on front for runaround and guests, decent country park nearby, 7 miles from work for me, a decent 12 into town, and even my good lady has come to terms with the tube after leaving camberwell last year.
Sold my place two years ago due to family financials (saved some money for new deposit). It seems pretty dire out there at the moment where would be a good place to try and get on the ladder together with a house, picture attached of current place. Very rough calculation is that we can afford 350 maybe 390 at a push, but would ideally like all we are renting now, we have been looking into Leyton ( couple of partners pals moved there) and surrounding area but no joy on space around house. Even looking where we are now places seem to still be increasing.Any ideas LFGSS?
Or we chuck it all in and move near her sis in Loughborough, haha.

Hand made to be as rigid and a strong as possible. Long story short tried it don't like it.
Will fit any Cinelli mash work fork perfect. Slotted axle mount so wheel can be removed with ease, fixings for canti brakes, fixing for fork crown hole. Comes with stainless fixings. Has a dlock bracket on right which fits minis and full size made in such a way to limit rattle and it works
Is in a "raw" finish ready for clear coat or paint. Weighs approx 1.9kg all in sounds heavy but a soma deluxe is 1.25kg which is 650grams difference but as said this is a serious rack.
If needed could easily be made to work with near enough any 700c fork.
£70 covers materials and time.
Ps. I can also help fit it to other forks if needed.

Spent most days in garden last summer, welding and drinking tea.
