Sir will be requiring an aperitif of course. Would you like it served in glass, or the more contemporary plastic? Don't forget to allow it to breathe. Ah the terroir! - Is that a hint of pavement...and a soupcon of undisguised violence?

Beat me to it.
A fine desert wine, and cocktail ingredient. Mix with vodka red-bull and you've got a Gorballs Sunrise.

I'm so jealous. I wish I could have been there. I've not read the entire thread, but has someone considered getting out the fountain pen and writing a few words for The Chap magazine.

I think this guy loves his bike that much.

.... What i'm not so keen on is that I can't comfortably ride the bottom of the pedals when mucking about at low speed, plus any jumping isn't nice in soft soled Vans shoes......
Don't know if you are aware of DUAL sided pedals, spd one side and flat on the other, they are usually pretty cheap too.

Have an ingenious notion for custom seatpost with integrated red LED's to eliminate the need for rear light, must give it a go with an old post I have and see how it turns out, would be epic if it works out and they're bright enough to do the trick!!!
Anyone ever seen this before or am I really onto something new here??

I've also got a couple of boxes of those LED brake blocks, £1.50 a pair if anyone wants them.

Don't know if this is a re-post but found this on the BBC website
"
Saturday Breakfast with JoAnne Good, BBC London, 2 September 2006
Complaint
A listener complained about an item on the regulation of cyclists on Hampstead Heath. In his view, the representative of the Hampstead Heath Society had been interviewed in an unjustifiably aggressive manner by the presenter, and not given a proper opportunity to put his points. This, in combination with critical comments by others in the studio, resulted in unfairness to the interviewee and a one-sided treatment of the issue.
Ruling
The interviewee had not been treated with due courtesy or given due opportunity to state his case. This resulted in unfairness to him and a degree of one-sidedness in the treatment of the issue.
Further action
Independently of the ECU investigation, the Editor of BBC London had written a letter of apology to the interviewee, and the apology had been accepted. He has also spoken to the presenter and the programme team and reminded them of the need to adhere to the BBC’s editorial guidelines on fairness to contributors."
