Thanks to a certain scouser finally releasing the deathgrip on his old Watanabe, I now have my old Pista frameset to flog. 49cm, so ideal for a girlfriend build or a shortarse like me. I'm not gonna use the crank/BB/stem/post/saddle etc again so ideally someone will buy the lot.
My missus has already got the hump about another frame lying about the house and I only stripped it last night, so I'm likely to take a quick cheeky bid!
Oh, and there's a small dent on the top tube - cosmetic only - see the pic below.

Cheers

I got Lennon in for some points but need some magic!
Diaby will get more games with Nasri, Theo and Rosicky out, he also runs from deep so always gets into the box, i am after Ireland and Palacious next
As a lifelong suffering Spurs fan, trust me - Lennon will not bring you magic. Much improved, but still a glorified, silver-booted Norwood winger. Palacios on the other hand is proper.

When I was a kid (about 8/9) me and my best pal started a club called 'The Anarchy Club'. Our ethos was based almost entirely on Vivien from the Young One's jacket. Looking back I'd say we had more of a point then 90% of the workshy down there today. We soon changed the name and moved on to collecting Page 3s though.

thought so, reason i am not particularly supportive of the protestors is cos too many of them hold views as out there as yours. I feel sorry for the environmental causes mostly because they are a worthy cause but so many are put off getting involved in a meaningful way as too many of those involved are bordering on the loopy loo if not there already.
Also i am a right wing c*nt
That's the problem isn't it? This country has a proud tradition of protest (inc Trade Union movement etc) but it has been reduced to the level of 6th form/Mark Thomas politics by the ill-informed few.

Not sure that its that idiotic. How can you be so sure? Do you work for MI5? Its extremely likely they engineered/invented the 'threat' two weeks later where, erm, nothing happened ... which you never hear about much now but at the time we were fed all this stuff about brave security officers in the line if fire etc etc.
nice and respectful to those who lost family and friends.

I am abit surpricsed at all the anger at the protesters ....(more right wing in here that I thought!) A few windows get smashed and some copper gets a black eye...so what. What about all these greedy bankers that have fucked up so badly that YOU the tax payer, have to bail them out! By the time there mess it all sorted they will be tucking it to there fat pensions ...while everyone else will be asked to work till there 70 !
Rant Over.
It's not the bankers duty to look after the taxpayer, it's the government's. Pumping cheap credit to irresponsible lenders is what the GOVERNMENT did.

I shall be protesting in my own way here at work. i.e. doing it all rather inefficiently and perhaps farting a bit.
You'll be no more inefficient than the mugs I've seen at Moorgate this morning. I've actually dressed UP but no action from Swampy and co. Sticking it to the man and capitalism... by wearing capitalist-made trainers and a few wacky masks. Looking like the protest equivalent of an internet argument.

@jimmy. Personnally I'd just dismantle it (WD40 should help), polish the bits (check for bad damage) and greese + rebuild. I've used a cheap rubbing compound on rusted parts (non-painted), followed by some good old turtle wax, works a treat. The real question is the condition of the frame, which doesnt look too bad from here.
Love the rod brakes. Are they effective?Yep, that actually work!
Cheers for the tips too - sounds perfect. As I said, the idea is to clean it up and maintain it without doing a full-on museum piece. -

I think they are old stock Vic. So they come up every now and again but aren't widely available. My mate had one and I seem to remember it costing him a fair bit. I'm after one so if you find out, let me know!
I'm pretty sure I've seen a trade show pic of all the flouro ones recently which suggests they're resissueing them too. It's badly bugging me that I can't remember where it was but if I remember I'll let you (both) know.

Yeah sorry FWP - way too small for you.
Looks like Tom has it now - cheers all.
