OK, I'm torn between the 8am and 9am rides on Sunday morning, both 50 miles

8am says it is fast, I can do 3 laps of Richmond Park (geared) in a few minutes under an hour and still have a decent amount left in the reserve (distance wise not speed) , do I got what it takes?

I'm thinking I'm gonna give it a go anyway, I'd rather be suffering than waiting for anyone.
