I must says that if it does reach nearer to that figure (or £400), surely a new lugged frame from Merican for instance would've been a better alternated?
It is a piece of cycling history.
That means more to me than a new Mercian, nice as they are. I'm not expecting everyone (particularly Mrs S) to understand that. But that is how it is.

Has anyone dib'sd the front wheel with the 105 hub?
I'm interested
Adman has expressed interest by pm - he hasnt come back to me yet.
So you have second dibs, and possibly first dibs if I don't hear from him.
However, I have interest in the Holdsworth provided that I can provide wheels - the 105 would be the front - I need to find a rear, as I'm keeping the Phil.
If I don't get the frame, I'm keeping the Holdsworth, and the wheel will be Adman's or yours (if either of you want it).

Willo- Wish you luck with it. But it's at £300 at the minute. Reserve not met. The tosser's got at least £400 on the res, I reckon.
Thank you. I'm expecting it will go for between £400 and £500. Any more than £500 and I'm out. I really need to shift the Holdsworth though - someone out there must want the frame and or bike - it is a gem!

Hey Willo,
I'm thinking of helping my Dad get a bike and your Holdsworth would fit the bill... Is it SS or Fixed?
Cheers
As set up in the photo, its either. However, as per the description, I am looking to sell without wheels, as I am keeping the rear which is a special 126oln Phil Wood hub (rare as rocking horse shit). So SS or Fixed would depend on the rear hub that you were to use.
