If anyone can help me complete a recent build on the cheap, it'd be much appreciated. It needs:

Double-sided pedal of some sort, similar aesthetic to MKS Sylvans or some such.
Short quill stem, around 2" in length perhaps.
Black brooks, all considered.

I'm in, we used to do a similar thing at conventional jumbles for nabbing good vinyl.

Apple can't tell where your music is from unless it is tagged with their DRM (and therefore bought through the iTunes store), not legally anyways... you're fine.

I doubt they care where your old music is from, but they do want you to consider buying all your future purchases through iTunes, hence the Genius bar recommendations and such like. There is little pint in investing money into finding out how people purchased their music in the past... there's oddles of info out there about piracy patterns anyway. The key will be to grabbing the emerging legal downloads market, which Apple is seemingly mastering at the moment.

Ditto to El_Diablo above, I have some chrome, slightly curved Colnago forks from a ~54cm Super frame (SLX tubing) that you're welcome to buy. I could clean them up all proper like too! PM if interested:

Buy an expensive metal drill bit (high-end HSS, Titanium, Carbide-tipped, Cobalt), or you may need two to three of the cheaper "generic metal" ones.

Buy hubs from the list on here, buy rims (open pro or equiv maybe), buy spokes, learn to build a wheel, be happy.

eBay do complete wheels or you can custom make through a LBS for over the odds, building them is much more fun/satisfying.
