Gonna go with the wolf print (at least I think it's a wolf) on this one, bit more interesting, taken on the side of the road whilst we were going for a jog, about 10cm in length. Taken with a HTC Desire HD.
The pic I had up before was tracks in the snow of a small bird, can be found here if you're interested

Plus any 700c wheel that takes a shimano cassette, the cassette should come with a spacer that will make it wide enough.
if not get one here
A wheel that takes a cassette will likely be 126mm spacing and if you have an old steel frame that will likely be 120mm spacing between the dropouts. Do not worry about this as you can spread the dropouts the extra 6mm and it will be fine.

Will they not provide you with clothing?
We will have protective equipment and cold weather gear but that is more job specific as in stuff we would use on the rig, I was more after my own stuff that isn't a bright orange Jacket if I wanted to go out on the town or generally look like a beacon.
@ Brave, will look into down jackets, cheers.

Ok, so I got a job with a big ole oil services company and they are sending me off to Tyumen in Siberia for 3 months training at the end of Feb and I'm looking to purchase a Jacket to deal with the cold. Apparently it gets to -20 C at times. I was thinking of maybe getting a decent waterproof with a decent fleece, base layer, jumper etc. or should I consider a dirty great big jacket, also will prob need some uber warm trousers as well. Obviously I shouldn't be outside for hours at a time and won't be battling the siberian tundra but would like to be warm and trendy!
Any recommendations?

Ok, so I've been asked by work to consolidate data from a spread sheet with many sheets onto one page. The pages are mostly based on the same template. The data is basically for stock taking purposes so each sheet is a store with a list of stock and amount of stock.
So far I've laid it out so the 'store' is along the x axis at the top and the stock description along the y axis. The way I've been filling out seems to be overly labour intensive. I've filled out a few coloumns by copying and filling down so the new sheet is linked to the sheet but as everything is spaced differently it takes some time to get it right. So now I have a column which is linked into the values on the individual store sheet is there any way of copying those cell values but changing the sheet it refers to so i can get through this quicker?
I realise this may not be very clearly written but will try and clarify if needed, cheers, really appreciate any help.
