Thanks for the detailed reply. It was a bit of a knee jerk reaction during my usual browsing on Kijiji. Afterwards I looked on Chrono24 and pretty much came to the same conclusion.
EDIT: Also I reread the description and it seems to suggest that the dial in the watch is the original and that the other dial (sans window) is just a spare dial that he's throwing into the deal. Unless it became very cheap I think I'll steer clear. I'd bascally be buying it to satiate the need for the Omega I actually want but can't afford/bring myself to spend the money on.

I understand it's a bit difficult to tell from shit pictures but does anyone know if this Omega looks legit? https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1399997627
It's local to me and looks pretty cheap but I have no frame of reference... -
Engine is a "Cosworth Tuned" Ford Coyote lump. It'll have plenty of power and sounds good but I'm not sure how bespoke it is. The design has grown on me, but I wish they hadn't used the Griffith name.
The main problem I can see is that if they wait any longer to get things started with production, it's going to be a very old car before the owners of the first examples take delivery. It should have already been in production by now. -

Great work @Sam_Doman
Tidy Brats are getting hard to find these days. -
My dad and uncle were doing a test day at Donington in the early 90's with my uncle's newly purchased Tuscan race car which was as per the original spec using 4x 48mm Dellortos. When in the pit garage, they started the car and it spluttered, spitting back through the carbs and setting fire to the filter. Everyone in the garage was voicing their opinion that my uncle should give it a boot full of throttle to clear it's throat and extinguish the flames but he couldn't help but think that potentially adding more fuel into the mix could make things worse. Eventually he pulled the plumbed in extinguisher release and a what could be best described as a dribble was emitted. The bottle was empty and somebody's leather jacket was eventually used to extinguish the flames. #CSB

Feel bad posting it after @ejay2.0 posted his proper one yesterday but I've got this Dubai special on today. I'm not into fakes (I swear) but my uncle brought me this back from a work trip out there and despite the obvious downsides, it's got an auto, handwind/hacking movement thay keeps great time and is really comfortable on the wrist.
It looks really tidy. I'd like to get to that point with my Eunos. I keep thinking about going down the motorbike route as it seems natural after spending my life riding bicycles but every time I'm close I think better of it. Driving a car here is dangerous enough.
