One of my friends has been running his Model 3 for the best part of a year and loves it. By the time he worked out provincial rebates here in Ontario and a few other things, he's worked out that it costs him less per month to have that then it was costing to run a 2014 Honda Civic!
When he got his, they were running a promo where he got two years of free supercharger access. Anything like that with yours?

Full disclousre: I've no experience with the later cars (although my dad actually has a newer JCW for sale at the moment). The R53 was great fun and full of charecter, especially from the supercharger and it's whine. At the same time that my mum had that, I had an 98 Rover Mini Cooper and it was good to see the cues that they had used on the BMW Mini. Funnily enough, the one thing they always struggled with was the packaging. You probably could have parked my mini in the newer one but you have no more space in the back of a new mini than in an original.

What @Dammit said.
My mum had an R53 Cooper S which had some oem runflats when we got it. It crashed and banged around and generally rode really horribly on them. We changed them to a set of Toyo T1Rs which at the time were one of the better rated performance tyres and it transformed the car.

It doesn't sound like it. Ad mentions it was converted from an automatic, and then mentions fitting of the turbo body kit. Also, the fact that it says "Turbo Body" in the title and at no point mentions the turbo engine makes me think it's someones attempt at having a 2002 that looks like a Turbo converted from a regular 2002.
Still cool though @jambon

I wasn't aware of the multiair in anything other than the sub 1l capacity.
Reading up on the one you are referring to I found out it's known as the Tigershark and is found in a bunch of stuff more commonly found on this side of the Atlantic. It's funny, about 3 years ago I actually looked at a Dodge Dart when we were car shopping and it would have had this engine in. -
Absolutely. Who knows, by then we might even be able to meet for a pint in a pub!
@lynx - I've only experienced the twin air engine in a fiat 500 but it's not really performance based. Although it does remind me that 500 Abarths are probably getting down there in price now...

MX5/Eunos/Miata fans - I know there are a few of us on here; @NurseHolliday and I can't remember who had the tidy NB to name two.
This question/thought train came up in my head as I was falling asleep last night. If you were to build your ideal MX what would you go for?
Platform - NA/NB/NC/ND?
Engine - Stick with MX lump and modify? Swap - K20/V8/Something else? Aspiration?
