I've never met anyone else that had problems with them so maybe it's just me.
The paint job was awful, so thin you could see metal in places. Carbon forks looked like they were second hand. Welds, just awful. Creaky frame, felt like it was gonna snap. Terrible dropouts, the screws didn't properly fit the metal plates. I had to re-adjust the wheel after every ride as the axle kept slipping in the dropouts.
Tbh I constantly had problems with it so can't even remember if it rode well or not. I managed a century on it though so can't have been that bad.

from what i can remember from my nightmare of a time owning a leader, it is not an integrated headset, you need a zero stack internal headset

Need some opinions here... Got the same photo, scanned by 2 different scanners, just trying to work out which is best. Either technically or just which one you prefer, regardless of how shite the photo is.
