I have a 1 inch quill stem and a 1 inch threaded headset and I cant seem to get the stem to go far enough into the head tube? WTF? It goes in almost three quarters and then that's it? I tried putting some grease on it which worked a little but It's still sticking way to far up. Am I missing something?
