Because of a few non-polo crashes and a bunch of polo ones I am destroying my left wrist. I need to find a good wrist guard that will protect but also let me ride my bike without any trouble holding on to my bars. Any suggestions?

I really want too but `i'm still hobbling around from yesterdays thunder dome. just depends on the pain level tomorrow.

I woke up this morning at about 4am in unbelievable pain all over. I totally underestimated how hard I was going down. My right hip and knee were so f'd up `i could barely walk this morning, I've taken a couple steps backwards with the left wrist and really messed it up again and my palms and fingers on both hands are really sore and swolen. Awesome! I just couldn't stop playing, It's way too much fun. It was the beer and the splif that kept me rolling on and not feeling the pain.

It was great to see so many people, Welo polo is turning into a proper gathering. Woo Hoo!
