I said you'd be in good hands with Dave. The roller will be sore and I expect Dave will do some follow up work on your ITB which isn't the most comfortable thing but is very effective.

Increase your cadence, reduce your torque, let the knees settle and improve your flexibility.

Upper limb fractures in a healthy adult will take 6-8 weeks for full consolidation. Complications can arise with clavicles however depending on the site and type of fracture, outer third fractures being the most troublesome. Deformity is common but often purely cosmetic as is a step deformity at the acromioclavicular joint.

Just to let you know that my clinic is now full this week and I'll be abroad (volcano dependent) for the next 2 weeks.

The clinic is recognised by all major health insurance companies (BUPA, AXA PPP, Norwich Union, Pru etc).

You will normally need a referral from your GP before your insurer will authorise treatment. Once you can an authorisation code you can book in for treatment and we'll take care of the rest.
