Sounds more articular (joint) related if hurts in all directions. Have you had any injuries / crashes affecting the wrist and is the pain local to the wrist joint or more spread through the arm? Would expect more pain at work with a tendinopathy as they will be in use all day whereas the joint are more involved in movement and loading. Would benefit from an assessment for more specific advice.

See my post above from 2011. Sounds like you have seen Dan. Wastage (atrophy) suggests long standing and severe compression. The steroid will reduce the inflammation and excess fluid within the carpal tunnel but make sure you have treatment to reduce the cause of the excess fluid otherwise it may return in the future. Good luck.

Only Olympic Park Venue tickets will get you into the Olympic Park. Entry/Exit is pretty strict. For big screens there is one in the middle of the canal near the Velopark with seats / hills either side.
I'm back track-side from Sat-Mon but even with accreditation cannot get in to many different sports venues (unless rent-a-crowds are needed!)

Got anothers doctors verdict as it wasn't getting better. Its bursitis (lower aka clergymans knee, this makes me feel like a good catholic boy) and patellar tendonitis. So a few stabs with a needle and a few days of pain and soreness and all will be better.
Please clarify. Your GP shouldn't have injected the patella tendon with steroid, certainly not as a first line treatment as there is a potential rupture risk in weight bearing tendons. They may have injected around it or done other things like a bursal injection which is often very effective but may not address the cause of symptoms.
Relative rest and best wishes with your recovery.

Essentially the extra muscular effort can temporarily squash the nerves and blood vessels going in to the leg which will cause the tingling / burning / numbness.
Insurance medicals are generally quite generic and non-specifc. Scrotum pain / numbness is not normal unless related to saddle pressure. Any loss of control of bladder and bowel function is also not good and would need more urgent assessment but this should have been cleared on day 1. PM if you have any specific queries. -

Hi all,
I am now a part-time NHS employee (hoorah!) which means I will now be running the following clinics:

Kentish Town: Thursday 3pm-8pmI have turbo trainers at both sites and will soon obtain a Computrainer for the Chelsea site for spin-scan and power analysis.
All our clinics are covered by all major health insurance companies.
I have availability at both sites this Thursday.
Same bookings number: 0207 482 3875.
PM questions as usual.

Hi fly. Most likely some retropatellar irritation which should settle if there are no other confounding factors. Will settle quicker if there is no swelling as this may suggest some subchondral oedema. Knees are very capable of adapting to demands but do not respond well to intense increases in loading or higher rates of loading.
