sammy- yeah Lee did the respray (and some repairs) to it and offered to put his new logo on it for me. I don't mind advertising for genuinely nice blokes who are v good at what they do!
Its mainly campagnolo Mirage (2003) and veloce cranks. Have older single pivot brakes which need new pads- not much stopping power atm!
dmczone- not sure, I got it from retro di corsa last year. I bent a drop-out hence the current re-build. When did you last have yours?

Velo Orange front rack and rims (front and back), was needed to replace the tubular rims it came with originally, the drivetrain is perfectly indexed to the point that I don't feel the need to upgrade the SImplex drivetrain to a Shimano or Campag one.
next thing to do - chrome VO mudguard hopefully, right now I'm on the fence about putting moustache bar on it or leave it.

...leave it. Looks sweet. What rims?

Selling pair of black Ambrosio Evolution wheels with the great Ambrosio zenith hubs (also black- Campag compatible 9/10). 32h, totally true and have done only around 300miles before I took them off my bike at the end of last summer. They were built up just before last summer. Great training wheels.
They will also come with decent black campag metal skewers (£35 each) which replace the ambrosio plastic ones.
Looking for £120 for the lot..
Will add photos soon
Cheers,

These http://www.noahsark.co.uk/specialized-rim-tape-p-3135.html work well for me. All one piece which stretch over the rim.

guess those would fit. I need some also for some 2003 veloce callipers. I bought some of these kool stop ones(after lbs said they would fit): http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/KOOL-STOP-DURA-ACE-HOLDERS-PADS-2-PADS-INCLUDED_W0QQitemZ330370029075QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR?hash=item4ceb969613
which didn't fit... (the nut has a threaded sleve coming out of it which is too big for the calliper hole).

yeah, more or less. Had to add a bit of silver to get it roughly the same shade. v pleased with the result though. It's also got vertical drop-outs now which I prefer. Rides really nicely, just getting used to the extra noises you get with gears campared to fixed...
How long did you have the frame? Do you know the age of it?
ph1- ill look at the stem issue. Perhaps a 80mm might be better...
