ok, a bit of a thread dredge, but i love statistics and this video cuts through the shit of what really is and what isn't.
Can't help but love this video,
especially the part where the Ian Walker,
from the University of Bath discusses the statistics regarding making it compulsory to wear helmets in Australia.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdoE2YCvwdM&feature=player_embedded

That's the drawback of constantly using steroidal cream, a thinning of the skin.
You should only use it when needed, and not all the time.If you need to use it all the time perhaps, it's probably worth checking out other treatment, like UV, which in my sisters case works like a charm.
On sunny holidays, her psoriasis on her knees always reduced themselves from palm sized to the size of a 50p piece, and so by accident worked out it was either the sea water of the sun.
Now all she does is use Steroidal cream (dovobet) during flare ups (usually due to stress or environmental change, sensitive to things like regular soap and washing powder) and weekly UV exposure (summer sitting in the sun knees out or a UV light source only on her knees during the winter)She says the UV does the best job, since without it the psoriasis spreads down her shins and up her thighs and then goes a bit mad, a bit like a fire, popping up all over the place. Steroidal creams never controlled it enough without the side effects (thinning of the skin) being a problem.
It seems controlling her psoriasis on the knees is the lynch pin to the whole condition.

i was looking into this last night after reading this thread because i was astounded as to why the US donates so much of it's foreign aid to Israel, disproportionately to the point of unbelievable.
Look at this ! Holy fuck, that's a lot for such a small country
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0b/US_aid_to_Israel.gif
and from here this is what stood out the most
Total U.S. aid to Israel is approximately one-third of the American foreign-aid budget, even though Israel comprises just .001 percent of the world's population and already has one of the world's higher per capita incomes
something is really not right. If the above article is correct, US intentions in relation to Israel seems to be control of the region. But what was in it for the US ?
Weapons it seems.
Matti Peled, former Israeli major general and Knesset member, told Zunes that he and most Israeli generals believe this aid is "little more than an American subsidy to U.S. arms manufacturers," considering that the majority of military aid to Israel is used to buy weapons from the U.S. Moreover, arms to Israel create more demand for weaponry in Arab states. According to Zunes, "the Israelis announced back in 1991 that they supported the idea of a freeze in Middle East arms transfers, yet it was the United States that rejected it."
I was surprised.

Cheap wheels ill always have a little bit of play. But we are talking 2-3mm at the tyre. More is going to damage the bearings and risk braking the axle.
If its 2 months since you bought it it is warranty, so take it back to where you bought it and get them to sort it out.
But the stock Fuji Track wheels are very poor quality.
i think you have something against "cheap " parts. Nothing wrong with cheap parts, if you look after them and set them up properly.
As for "cheap wheels will always have a little play" is complete bollocks.
Sry to say it but i hate it when people say things which are untrue. -
