Never had a Puncture on Rubino Pro's and i wore one tyre on the front almost to down the casing.

i already looked up the Swrve website measurement chart and it looks like 'large' , from shoulder to wrist is 61cm which is 1/3 up the palm of my hand, so looking good.

i'll grab the hoody, pending it fits me which i'm 90% sure it will.

Yesterday my new frame arrived:

Its a 1987 Columbus slx Romet track.
However, when i was putting a bb in, because i was using slightly the wrong tool, the grooves where the tool engages were worn down mid way through insertion, so how do i remove the cup? (i've since got the right tool-which doesnt engage in that cup now)

exactly the same problem on my spare tourer.
both cups shredded beyond comprehension with the correct tool
Miche BB's are shit, never again.
God knows how I'll get mine out, I've left in there until it self destructs.

Upsetting seeing a dog completely owned by a deer, I'm glad he is ok 'apparently' but it's still pretty upsetting seeing it.
