Embrace the overshoes. You'll struggle to find anything out there that will cope with all year riding unless you're prepared to bake your feet in boots through the warmer months. Our winters aren't exactly harsh and I've survived winter days without overshoes but, let's face it, it's nicer with them on.
I've had my Dominators for about three years now. They're battered but they're still useable. Also, Sidis come in wide sizes so you should be able to find something that'll fit.

^^ Saw that there a few days back. Guy must work there. Went to work in Westfield for a day and throughly enjoyed bombing it on the roads around there late at night. Proper eerie.
I agree! It would make a nice little racing circuit. Couple of little lumps in there too. Plus there's that big ol' carpark...

As i say.. I'm only dicking around doing 1 min intervals up the drag. Bright orange VC Elan kit. Say say hi...
I've got to do a pyramid interval session tonight- 30 seconds max up to 5 minutes at max, then back to down to 30 seconds.
I did an hour and a half of Zone 2 after work yesterday, and fun it was- tonight is all about suffering, and sweating, lots and lots of sweating.
Is there a decent book out there to read up about this crazy stuff? I was thinking about buying the Time Crunched Cyclist book. Would that cover it?
