to be honest - it's hard not to react instinctively and brake but it would be much better to plough into these dopes. I've been over the handlebars a couple of times doing everything I can not to go into them - they just walk off unscathed, leaving you to collect the pieces.
If you smack straight into them they learn to look for bikes. still fuck you and your bike up though - but kind of take one for the team, rather than just wrap it and hurt.

Loving those funda*"mental"*ist (see what I did there?) etchings of The Christ.
How do we know he didn't charge around on a massive T Rex?
I heard lots of things got a bit vaguely translated for the bible back in day - check this - the word for "virgin" was very much the same word for "maiden"(ie young girl) - so maybe the "Virgin" Mary was actually just the "young girl" Mary.
What about if the word for "dinosaur" was in fact very much the same word for "lamb"?
The very fibres of Christian symbolism would be thrown into chaos.
I'll leave that one with you. turns back to chat with barstaff

I think if you're looking for a pair of racist jeans for buying track bikes look no further than Big Jon's Alabama Eazies (Purity Dry Goods, $47.99). They come in dark blue with copper rivets on the back pockets and a reinforced gusset with "protec-ur-line" lining to avoid nasty chafing. The big feature is the elasticated waist, offering a staggering 8-inch differential for those long sunny afternoons eatin' meat with your buddies.

yep it was a wonderful if rather vexing day as a spectator - envy oozing from every pore watching you zooming round. Well I say zoom - the sound as the group passed us was exquisite, part whirr part whisper. Very very enticing indeed. As Shootthebreeze says, there'll be at least two new contenders next Race day... can't wait...

Keith Gooze, Su Pu, Brian Wee, Richard Exact. These are real names.
But best name ever: I spoke to a PA once who worked down in Southampton or somewhere. I think she was Kenya or Nigeria, can't remember.
But anyway her name was Googoo Makubu. I was only arranging a meeting with her but spent about a minute wowing over her name and congratulating her.

it's difficult to be able to judge whether your set-up is going to be okay - you'll need to measure your top tube as Jonny said. Then add your stem length and the length of the bar chop. In reality, it's about the angle that this length leaves you at when riding and whether that is comfortable for you, whether it's the position you wanted to be riding at. You can get back and wrist pain pretty quickly if it's wrong but you may just find it doesn't make for particularly efficient riding (ie your energy and effort..)
You can always try it out....?
