Hi,
I have a 1 rear wheel that refuses to stay correctly cup and cone adjusted however tight I set it.
I get it perfect off the bike and make sure the nuts are tight against the cone, however as soon as it goes on the bike it tightens. any ideas ?
Its fine on the singlespeed as I can adjust on the bike as I can see if the wheel is tight on freewheel - but on fixed I can't do that - is there anything I can do ?
thanks

I purchased an old Falcon Ernie Clements frame (prob 60's). Has 57cm top tube and is 126mm spaced at the back with forward facing horizontal drop outs. It has a nice headtube badge. It has recently been enameled and has not been used since then. Would make a good fixie !
No idea of the tubing but I'd assume its 531. Sheldon mentions them http://www.sheldonbrown.com/falcon.html
The plan was to build it up as a classic racer - however I am far too lazy ! Anyone want to make me an offer on it ?
Not looking for much !
Cheers

I have a Gazelle Sprinter, currently built up as 5 speed was fixed. Its a nice metallic green, part chrome forks. 531 I think, I could be pursuaded to get rid of it at a fair price. Its a 56 TT.
Would sell it with front/rear centre pulls if required - or even a complete bike purhaps
Thanks
Tim
