They are threaded on both sides and come with spare seals and a lockring.

I wish we knew about this last night ! After the cyclodelic ride foxx and i wanted to go for vietnamese on kingsland but even with four really good locks between us we didnt feel safe about leaving them as there were 5 yoofs hanging around the shop outside telling us to 'look after your bikes girls'. oh and yes, mr daily mail i do believe they were all wearing hoodies.

I was just gutted i couldnt get summer rolls ! We pedalled on ...

I really enjoyed that . well done ladies for all the organising ! Champagne checkpoints are the way forward ...

oh goodness me . I am so sad .

I passed where it happened not too long after and i was so upset by what i saw. Ive spent the last 5 years riding that route twice a day on the way to work. In addition, living beside the Olympic site means i have daily encounters with those horrific London Concrete lorries, in fact i just had to ride home tailing one which made me really emotional.

Right now im not sure what we should do but please know that you all can count me in for being involved in raising awareness whatever we decide.

My thoughts are with her family & friends . Ride safe everyone x

I always think it really precarious when people do that. Worried they are going to fall off and hurt themselves.

I have tried this on the way home. everyone got hurt in the process. Avoid!
