Mate in HS dad's had a black Jalpa back in the 80s. The "baby Countach.' Thing was always in the shop for something. His dad gave me a ride home once and it hit 110 mph in 4th gear. Thrilling / terrifying at the same time. Fun memory.

For those of us who grew up with 70s air travel are unfuckingimpressed. Our screens dropped down and the whole cabin shared the one.Back of the seat? Luxury ... Sheeer luxury.

Smokeless is the element to that style - for indoor use or for small hibachis. If you see charcoal kebab places, that is what they will use.
Again, great for grilling but really intense heat, so use a bit less.

That is hibachi charcoal. Really good but intense and best for direct grilling and not great for low and slow. Well at least I haven't had and luck with it - i found it too hard to control temps and starves at lower oxygen levels. It looks like you discovered the same.
Briquettes I find better than lump because of predictable size and therefore burn rates. But some people swear by lump.

All of this. I find the UK Judiciary really stuck several decades in the past. Although that would be progressive compared to 400+ year old wig fashion.
If jailing people for inconvenience is now a thing, can we get the death penalty reinstated for people who park in cycle lanes? Only seems proportionate; it is really inconvenient.
