Hi I did about 50 miles on Sat (inc the bridges rides) and stupidly forgot to wear appropriate gear- also on a brooks Ti saddle. I ended up with the worst saddle sore so I'm switching back to my saviour saddle from my messenger days, the ADAMO. It may work for you.

Hello all esp. Skully, Toby, james & Stompy. I hope you're all well.
I spoke to la feds today; apparently the dude is an Angolan illegal. If he doesn't have a passport then there's a good chance he WILL NOT GET THE BOOT FROM THE UK. By the time the cops got him it was way too late to breathalyze him. However I'm sure they'll do a good job...

Hey guys, glad to have finally made it out to one of your events. The ride was much fun. As forthe shenanigans at the end of th night...
Twat hit stompy pretty hard from behind and accelerated off.
We (skully and I) chased him-he jumped a pedestrian red light on old street at 3.30am!
Caught him at lights he couldn't jump.
I stopped in front of him asking what on earth he was doing. He then hit the accelerator with me hanging on the bonnet. I wouldn't have minded awefully but I asked him to stop at a kebab house en route :(
(thankfully I'd overdosed on Magnum PI plus Dempsey and Makepeace on UK GOLD so knew what to!)We eventually parked up on the cobbles that lead to hoxton square where I managed to grab the keys out of the ignition. He was unbelievably pissed.
I just hope the lfgss event that I attend has more cocaine, hookers and helicopters and less inner tubes, renault laguna estates and drunken somalis!!
VIVA LA LFGSS

The frame is very nice looking.
The main components are good looking.
I think the issues are with the small details
i.e. trying to match the white and red bits (saddle, grips pedals)- though you are going to be changing these parts as they arrive.
I don't think you can go wrong with black and silver.
Are you looking to build smething like this?

- wipe off all loose dirt and crap from the transmission (ie chain, chain ring, rear cog) with a rag
- then spray heavily with WD40 eventually it will evaporate taking a load of the crap with it leaving you with shiny clean looking bits- **be carefull not ride like this for too long as its metal on metal **
- then use a decent teflon based lube .
- wipe off all loose dirt and crap from the transmission (ie chain, chain ring, rear cog) with a rag

Something missing from the tire list: Hutchison_Fusion 2 (top of the Hutchison range for race performance and punture protection from Decathlon) currently 2 for 1 £33.00
I've used them for about two months and I'm very impressed thus far. Whilst I don't have the weights to hand, they are lighter than the gator skins and the Hard cases (which disintegrate once they begin to wear).
There is another cheaper Hutchison alternative to the fusion2 in decathlon which are billed as being extremly punchture proof.Hope this helps
