Kind of, but it's because the sleeve colour hoops on cycling jerseys are always in a specific order and a specific way up, rather than just being a replica of the flag (e.g. British national champ stripes are traditionally three hoops in red-white-blue from top to bottom, rather than a replica of the union flag design).

i used these with 2" big apples and there was plenty of room. as skully said they were a touch wide for my forks so they were squashed a little but not enough to worry about.

edit: rack (blackburn ex2) is 140mm wide and dropouts are 175mm, tubus logo is good for 150-180mm but a bit pricey.

Did you have any trouble fitting the rack? Just tried to put a blackburn rack on a caadx and the rack stays were way too narrow.

I bought one fairly similar on here for £250, although that was a couple of years ago but it had a mix of dura ace and record parts. There's been a fairly good supply of Gazelles from Holland on here so might be worth waiting. Or look on martkplaats (dutch ebay) and see if anyone is willing to post.
