Anyway back to the thread...
There are 2 types of people in this world:
i. Those who know a way to get grips on bars (but have never used hairspray)
ii. Those who know the best way to get grips on bars (they have used hairspray)Also if your bars are to short for untrimmed Soyos use the short Evertop grips (Tokyofixedgear sell 'em).

When BJ built me the wrong forks I paid for the courier. Annoying, and you wouldn't expect that from most shops. When the replacement forks arrived they had fucking big chip out of the paint on the fork crown. Not the end of the world but dissapointing.
It's tricky comparing the service you get with a shop to dealing with a factory. With BJ your actually really close to the builder of your frame in terms of people, so sometimes you get exposed to human error.

they are fine... HTFU and build one dude!
mine has been perfect - strong & true (32h, 3x, rear).
yep mine are still going strong. i love them.
Yes I was asking about H+Sons, i didn't make that clear.
Teddy... your running one on the back too? Is it stiff enough for skidding hard on or does it flex a lot compared to the Velocity?

i've had them since new. i didn't fit the seals, though i still have them, and i used them very little and only a few times in the rain, so they're still buttery smooth.
i got a pm from someone interested in the pair, but you and dylan posted first so you guys get first dibs.
Dylan and I will duck-out and let them go as a pair. Dylan wants sealed, I think he's after your front dia compe hub?

I think i'll build a black one into a new rear wheel.
They get a bit of a hammering here. And this forum gets a mention too.

Looks nice. Out of interest... have you chopped a B17 Narrow with any success (& pics)?
