And I’d say given the 1-2k sofas you can get the Hay ones do seem better even for that 3k and also a Hackney starts at less than 3k anyway I think.

Very minor update, CK headset fitted. Henry hoover attachment tube makes a great crown race fitter.

The guy I bought it from also didn’t want to send it too me after the sale as he found the seatpost was seized. I said I didn’t mind but he was insistent either he got it removed and reamed or the deal was off so I casually agreed 😅

Gave me a better than advertised seatpost for it and today I found the remnants of this right down the bottom of the seat tube, was proper bunged up I couldn’t see it through the BB

All I can offer is that we had to get permission before we started digging and covering it last year when we did our extension. What we had to do was add another opening away from new extension so as Thames water could access their pipes still. Worth checking if they have done that?
