"Mata to Arsenal" has not been going on for over two years like "Cesc to Barca" and hardly with the blatant tapping up a with half of the barca squad and his dog willing cesc to go. Mata is now into his last year so I reckon bidding has probably gone in lower and possibly end up around the original minimum fee, maybe. Can't see arsenal going higher than 15-17 mil?
