The bus lane on Brixton Road has pretty much crumbled itself in to a gravel trap this week, and Dulwich Road between BWL and the Regent is good if like bunny hopping road craters.

I'll split the left one from my pair of Tektro levers (ad)? 24mm clamp, so fit on the non-sleeve area of 26mm clamp bars if that's what you're after?

Horrible. Headwind, rain, and forgot to refit mudguards after cleaning the bike this w/e. I was so pissed off by the time I got to work I was ready to shoot laser beams out my eyes are the first person to give me a cheery tubenger hello.

Not tried (yet), but you can't go wrong with 3 just ingredients and a lb of chocolate...
I eventually got around to making this yesterday, and it is GOOD! Don't think I will ever bother making a flour-based chocolate cake again now.

Wow, I didn't know SS made frames, thought they were always just a shop. Would be nice if someone from Nottm snagged it, support a local legend now tragically deceased.

One problem with egg beaters is on the track though; on the slopes they tend to hit the tarmac - you'd need to get the Smarty or Candy for the track.
On indoor tracks? I've ridden round the top of Herne Hil plenty on egg beaters and never got pedal strike, more likely to be a low BB problem surely?

The foot retention is not very tight. But they're great for commuting/ winter riding. I have quattros on the fixed, candys on the SS MTB, and eggbeaters on the commuter. I just get on with the mechanism.
Same, I use them on my road bikes and my track bike, never had an accidental unclip, but they are very very floaty (half the reason I like them, had time attacks for a year and found them too hard to clip in/out of).
