A friend of mine found this on gumtree, and asked whether they are ok or not ... He's not looking for a fixed or anything, but i cant tell from the website specifications and the price what the hell we're looking at here... first reaction was panic, what are the alloy rims? who is this "worlds biggest manufacturer" ect.
has anyone heard of them?

Has anything changed since september?
Anyone know which company pays the most to the couriers? and does anyone know which courier company sends riders the furthest? We've been having problems with Premier as they often tell us that they wont send push bikes to certain post codes because it's too far, but I know it isn't too far. and they are also often sending motorbikes when we've specified push...
any ideas appreciated...

the car park roof is Trixidix(separate thread), which is a bit more male, but there are friendly people there who'll learn you tricks there.
they dont do polo up there though for obvious reasons...
As far as i know trixy chix hasn't happened for a while, but i'd be up for a bit of polo soon if you are. Last time i went it was in a court round near Broadway Market, but i dont know what the girls are thinking at the moment. It could be the Landsdown rd court - i like that one.
polo anyone? tuesday/anyday this week?
it might be nice to do a bit on wednesday then head over to east drinks perhaps?

Even if you do it 10 peeps at a time, how many groups will actually make it through with out hassle from do good peds or the po po. I dont want to sound like a grumpy old git, but it has got out of hand and there are still people walking around on the course. So the chance of an accident at one of the busy parts of the course ie tower bridge is higher than on a normal day when its open as normal.
Jimbilly out.
yep, this was never a ride for 60 people. In fact I had no idea it was just 6 or 7 last year until last night when we were voicing our concerns about the numbers..
out too, probably wouldn't have been able to do it anyway though.. bon chance avec les flics!
I'm out too.
Main reason I signed up is that i like eating breakfast. So, anyone fancy meeting in the morning for a marathon fry up instead?

I have to recommend the Blue Anchor in Helston, the Lizard. It's got it's own brewery out the back and is one of the oldest pub in england. it's ace. I remember having quite a few of the best fucking pints and having good chats with locals and then a very good kebab in the place opposite. Also, amazing mushy pea fritters and fish and chips round the corner.
The sea round there is truly bitter and violent, and there is highly unusual geology, if your interested in that type of thing: there's Serpentine(only-found-in-about-2-places-on-earth-type-of-bright-green-knarly-rock-action) crags all over the place.
