@dmczone - I'd say a bit of polishing, maybe anodizing, and some re-chroming or replacement parts (like Allen nuts, cable adjuster).

I picked up a very nice Modolo Speedy front caliper from fruitbat last night at south drinks. It's in good nick but showing its age and I'd like to bring it back to new or as close as. If I leave it as is and put it on the bike it won't fit with the rest (frame is being redone and all parts so far gleaned from ebay are 'new old stock'). Plus I hate puppies and am always on the lookout for opportunities to burn their fluffy little faces.

Are there any companies out there that renovate bicycle parts? You know in the same way that you get companies who'll renovate vintage car or motorbike parts. Had a quick Google but didn't really come back with anything relevant. Cheers.
