A bit late to this but the Scottish vote, as can be seen right now, is not sufficient to affect the outcome. If every single Scottish seat was Labour, we'd still have the same government.
What puts Tories in power, is the swing voters in the South East and what will have an effect in future is recent converts across traditional Labour heartlands who have come to the party via UKIP.

I'm pretty up on Whisky but what little known gems can people recommend that are not from Islay (since I've been drinking them exclusively for months) and are generally under £40 so I can justify getting a small selection rather that one fancy bottle that I'll end up drinking after a night in the pub and then regretting it.
