Hope you heal up soon man, that looks really painful. I've been thinking about this kind of situation more recently and how do you know when cleats are worn to a point that needs replacing?
I've been using my shimano spds for about 3 and a half years and have recently noticed that the left is looser to click in and out of than the right - but I don't know when it gets loose to a level that needs replacing.

jayloo - I've got a set of Wahl hairclippers with clipperheads nos. 1-8 and an instructional VHS showing you how to do a buzz cut.
I need some work on my back. If you can massage it and give it a number 1 all over that'd be great.
for a minute I thought you were asking for someone to shave your back

^ tandem being sold by a friend. it really is in top condition and is great fun to ride (as all tandems are). real hand made quality, 531 too.
if only I had a garage.
