I've not been lurking on the site for a fair while, so don't really know what's what. I am in urgent need of a new wheel set. Learning skids has put a hole in my axle (totally threaded) and I need a new back wheel, so while i'm at it i may as well get a front one too. In an ideal world the wheel set would be laced to lime green deep vs, with a good hub (not the level or cost of a phil, but something that's going to roll nicely), machined for front brake. If you've got something or know of where to get a set, let me know

However, I need something for this saturday as i'm going on a 5 day uber-ride and am thinking of doing it on the trusty fixed gear. On a side note, if anyone's done any big trips on a fixed gear, with around 20kg on a trailer, then let me know how you go on, or if you think i really shouldn't do it.
