Some carbon cranks do not have metal screw sleeves for pedals, and these require a fibre washer between the pedal and the crank. If you don't use this you can do serious damage. The washers are hard to come by, as they are only supplied with the cranks from new.

As far as I have found out 120mm is the widest Campag provide and that is from the eighties. 135mm must be for a triple chainset, in which case depending on your frame you might have chain line problems, or have to dish your rear wheel.
