I know a fair few people on here use London Fields pool, was there last night and a girl had her bike nicked whilst having a swim. Does the Nelson Long Flap swing alot without the Bagman rack? It is very difficult to get hold of a Bagman at the moment.

doesn't swing too much without the bagman but will rub against your legs when pedalling.

I'm also in the market for a full groupset, pref triple with sti shifters, 105 or ultegra would be nice. Please let me know if you have anything available. It's to go on a touring bike that has canti mounts so don't need brakes (unless they are canti!). Thanks.

Here is an approximate list of what I took for a two month tour (geared) from London to Istanbul. Next time I would take less tools and spares as I didn't really use them. My advice to anyone wanting to lose a bit of weight would be to buy front panniers and use them on the rear - the rear panniers are far too big and this means you will take too much stuff!
