I had a blood test and asked for my Haematocrit level. It was 41.8, which is less than it was two years ago when it was 45.3! Typical levels are between 40 and 50.
RBC was 4.6, again less than two years ago when it was 4.9. Typical levels are between 4.5 and 5.5.
Quite disappointing really. I was hoping at the very least for an increase over two years ago.

I've been looking forward to this!
Catch up on stage one here: http://www.itv.com/ITVPlayer/Video/default.html?ViewType=5&Filter=101530
Next weekend it comes to London on the same Embankment route as last year, so I'm sure it'll be a good opportunity to watch such heroes as Russell Downing and Wiggo!

Thanks for another super-duper day. Glad someone managed to catch the Cav moment, if only from the side.
The quality of racing was really good, and it was nice to hear some people talking about how they've been inspired to come to the track more often. Well done to Joe & co for making it smooth and safe! The track days just keep getting better and better, and we always seem to have lovely weather.
Thanks to the generous sponsors for the prizes, I will certainly be popping along to one of Shop 14, Brixton Cycles, Condor or Brooks next time I need to make a cycling related purchase!

Interesting stuff. So if they're of similar efficiency to chains, the off-putting factors are cost, inflexibility in gear ratios, and the fact you have to have a special frame.
I would have thought you could come up with a joining mechanism and 'magic links' of various sizes for these belt drives to resolve the gear ratio problem.
I'm also surprised that they're so expensive, since similar belts have been in every car engine for the last 50 years!

So what did the bike whisperer whisper. I reckon 56cm + 12cm stem.
