Hello. Just wondered if anyone had ever followed a training plan on an exercise bike and if they'd share it with me.
I'm getting an exercise bike for free from Gumtree tomorrow as I had surgery on my wrist this week and I won't be able to ride for another couple of months.
But I don't know how to get the most out of it. I mean, its gonna be pretty boring so I might at least try and get really fit....
