i think NJS blogspot stuff sometimes takes quite a while to arrive and I'd like to get them in time for next saturday when the track opens.

if you put a bit of vaseline on the strap then pull it through with pliers its not too difficult

As you may or may not know, Sam had her brand new Plug stolen on Sunday. She is absolutely gutted so we are trying to build up a new bike for her to ride. So far we have absolutely all of the parts but no frame or wheels! If anyone has any to sell for cheap, please get in touch.
Sam is about 5'7 so she'd probably want a frame of 52" or smaller.
