I think it's great that top flight cyclists come down and are so approachable. Can you imagine Beckham, Lampard, Terry, Cole et al turning up for a kickabout? I know the money and the appeal is not in the same league but it's still truly inspirational and makes me really chuffed to be into cycling. Winspar, that's a pretty cool achievement for Rollapaluza - you guys should be stoked.
100% agree, it would never happen.
I can't believe that guy got up to full speed within 2 revolutions! Fantastic stuff

But do you really believe that you, or I, or anyone, can really change the way things are? Of course, you can choose not to buy the scarf on moral grounds, and I can choose not to buy the scarf on account of it being ridiculously overpriced, and I don't need a silk scarf. However, there will be others that will buy it, regardless.
I believe the world is run by a select group of fuckers, who control literally everything. And although you may think you have a choice about whether or not to play by their rules. Ultimately you have no choice and nothing you do will change the way things are.
Except maybe a good riot like the poll tax riots. Now they were fucking great
There's enough people who care about me so I find that I don't have too. And if I don't have to worry about myself I have a lot more time to put into doing things about greater issues and this minimising the effect on others that I cause just by living a life that I never asked for.

I have gone from 48-16 to 48-17 to 48-18 and now to 48-19. The switch from 48-18 to 19 was not by choice, but due to not having any other sprockets available. I have to say, it is doing absolute wonders for my cardio-vascular fitness, and there are no longer any hills in London that are that challenging. Coming down hills is a little hairy though. Having said that, I would not want to ride more than say 20 miles at a time on such a low gearing. 48-18 is ideal all rounder

Why not start at Admiralty Arch, down the Mall - Right at the top down Constitution Hill towards Hyde Park Corner, bear Left ( can jump lights ) Down Grosvenor Place, through the one-way system into Victoria Street. Left at Parliment Square onto Birdcage Walk, right at palace, back down the mall and end at the start.
yep not many out this morning. Some of the ones who were out never fail to suprise me though. People riding in a cotton t-shirt and shorts!! Saw someone in what must have been their work suit. What the hell are these people up to?
