+1 for the naturevape. I was always a social smoker, luckily was never really addicted but just enjoyed it. I stopped completely about 2 months ago - and just have a few puffs of the naturevape when I fancy, a lot cheaper than the evil weed and as a lover of shisha am a big fan of the non tobacco juices.

The largest front bag that fits the flat bars is the ortlieb one. There are other bigger ones but you then need the ugly bars.

I got the ortlieb front bar bag and the seatpost adaptor and stuck it on the back - works well - it'll also fold with the bag on.

After at least a year trying, I've now found a seemingly reliable way to view all the F1 race streams on my android tablet with XBMC. It's also possible with Windows XBMC and maybe with Linux - I won't go into it here, but I have documented my setup - so if you want details, PM me. This is all information that can be found on the interwebs - It just took a bit of time to put it all together and make it work.

We put the new catcam on the wolf at the weekend, and discovered that next door have been leaving food out for him (and whatever cats happen to be around) - he's so busted.

CW , not sure whether Caz has an M or a S type, but if she has an M, I have an S you could also try. I find the M more upright but twitchier than the S and the M bars are a little flexy, although I've put an after market extension on my stem so its a little higher to allow for my lankyness. A regular S should be fine for you though as you're a bit diddier than me.

When I lived in a shared house at uni, my mum used to donate all her old 'wimmins' magazines to our household. My mate actually managed to read through about 50 copies of Woman's Own, Best, Bella, Chat and Take a Break in one night of Cystitis induced agony - she said at the time, it was the only thing that kept her sane. I now cannot look at any of these magazines without thinking of my best friend with cystitis back in 1994.
