brett
clefty someone on a black twatster with yellow bullhorns and yellow tyres at the lights at Oval going north today, looked like a bumble bee on wheels as he was dressed in yellow and black too. I secretly quite liked it.
Sounds like my nicked bike ;o)
really? first time i've seen it on my route - the dude on it had a black lid and yellow spakka jacket on, and was using spds. I remember thinking the coloured tyres were an unusal make, not contis or rubinos.
next time I see him, I'll ask him where he got it :-) -

what I would actually do is let the router do the DHCP , I used to have one of those routers and they run it well. However getting into the modem is obviously a problem to disable it! I would imagine that the router is handling your encryption as the modem isnt capable of that part.
That might have a lot to do with your ip issues tho, the modems just arent built to run DHCP well. The setup I have is the modem plugs into the router, then all the internal IP addressing and encryption is handled on the router.
Is there no way you can ring your ISP and get the password of the router - or failing that get the modem hard reset and putting the login details back in, that wouldnt be too hard. -

I've got a Dahon Jack and weighed over the 'suggested' limit when i bought it a couple of years ago - had a lot to do with getting me well under the limit as well! They are pretty robust, I used to throw mine around a lot, did L2B and L2S'end last year on it, and its still going strong.
They do weigh a bit though, even my Charge Plug feels light against it and I know thats saying something.
I'm selling my Dahon as I want something lighter for L2B and the longer runs this year, but it was a great bike and got me back into cycling in a big way, at first I used to get the train one way on my 10mile each way commute, then basically worked up to not having to take the train.
Now i ride the commute most days and I love it! -
Hell yeah! more indoor pisumo!
(be careful of your costs VB, we're currently still out of pocket after the trixie do - but havent had a final count up yet)
I reckon getting the beer in yourself will save you some dosh, I think venue was our biggest outlay - and that was haggled down.- velocity boy
