I kinda hate NYE so thought I’d ride to Alderley edge and drink whiskey, mentioned it to a couple of people and they wanted to come too so I thought I’d put the feelers out and see if a few more wanna tag along and have a NYE bike gang night out…

leave from MCR city centre and ride to Alderley Edge stopping off at a couple of real ale country pubs on the way…

then ride up the wizardly hill (slowly!!!) and walk through the woods to the “edge” where we shall drink whiskey and look at the twinkly lights then a ride down the hill and back to MCR

and i think it's unfair to say that this referendum was true democracy but won't use this forum to go on and state the obvious about democracy in anarchy and how true democracy and intelligent informed decisions cannot be made through a voting system

prob the same people that whinge about there not being enough trains and trams and say "somebody should do something about it"...aah well it's all our loss.

I tried clips, but I can't get along with them. I've got size 16 feet, so even with large clips I still end up with the ball of my foot behind the pedal axle, and the quill at the side of the pedals sticks in to my foot.
I must admit the saddle angle looks a little funny on that photo but it's no where near that extreme in real life. I think it could be a product of the angle from which I took the photo.

we all have different mallets. whatever people can make.some with ski poles and piping.. we are having a mallet making session soon

as for the number it's not a personal one but the i bike mcr "hotline" number so it's kinda cool to give it out.

hmmm ended up being me and rose pissed in some student pub with people half my age...whacking them in the genitals with my polo mallet whilst they whinged and i drunkenly laughed at their misfortune of meeting us and my mallet.all bad i mean good.i felt old.bollocks.next time let's play polo instead.pleeeeeeeeeeease........x
