+1. The brightness, the quietness, twas always gonna set Sunday up nicely. Taking advantage of some of the skyride closed roads was a bonus. Worth getting up for! -
How about 7.30am at the Archway Tower caf for a brisk 20 - 25 miles round the deserted streets of old London Town? Back to North by 9am hopefully armed with bagels.

Just did some kind of spasm inducing injury to my lower back, carrying an oiled dwarf through the house. Middle class injury indeed.
Now the only comfortable position is laying on the floor with slightly bent knees.
This better fucking well sort itself out before I need to get on the bike in the morning.

But he ain't the sharpest tool in the box is he... clearly doesn't think unbelievable performances are questionable... Remember when he pulled off an unbelievable ride the year he was banned when he came back the day after being completely fucked as fresh as a fucking daisy. It was clearly fucked up then, and his riding over the last few days has been unbelievable too IMHO
