is there space on that tiny stoker seattube for a kiddy crank? in this house, if you ride tandem then you pedal!

I'm at basically 4 (beater drop-bar fixed, folding, traditional touring, hardtail 26er mtb) plus various bits (road frame, retrobike at my parents' house, ...) & can't imagine going much lower, they're for pretty different things.
If I had somewhere to store them, tho, I would definitely have more bikes - and would blur some of those categories... (29er ssmtb, drop-bar gravel, folding mtb i.e. all-packa, fast road, moustache-bar dinglespeed road, ...)

afraid I don't have any suitable wheels, but would totally throw some quids into a crowdfunder/your paypal/an envelope thru your door if that's what it takes to get this thing rolling!
ebay "26 hope stans" not coming up with great options rn ("mint condition with just a couple of dents"), but if you had some budget you could be ready & watching...?

strip, clean, prime and paint it with something with anti corrosive properties.
yeah... thinking I might have a go at cleaning it up & putting some clear lacquer/nail polish over the areas. wondering if it's worth getting some "gun blue" to apply before the lacquer, or not worry so much...
the rear guard sits inside of the bridge
ah, that's a good shout, just wrestled it a bit & the guard popped into the inside of the bridge - think that'll help!

what I mean is - in the photo it looks like rusty metal flaking up to reveal a hole in the chainstay bridge, in person it looks (to me) like rust-coloured lacquer flaking up to reveal an intact tube with some surface rust. question is, how can I protect the tube - is it "get the rear triangle resprayed"?
-
was giving my 2016 raw lacquer a clean today & noticed a bit of rust starting at rub points on the rear triangle - I think it looks worse in the pics than it looks in person, but what could/should I be doing to keep this in check? long-term I'm fairly chill as it's an excuse to switch to kinetics / rohloff, but...
Great outing!
