what was the doctors quote?
"yes i'm on a training ride. yes i'm wearing jeans to train in"
fantastic. nearly as good as nelly's "i'm wearing womens knickers and i'm in a bike race... can i jump the queue?" whilst purchasing beer in covent garden tesco's during a london race a good few years back...

not the most comfortable of rides - super stiff lay down of the carbon - but damn fast...
i ride the makino when i want a bit more comfort
mcr/dn roads are just as bumpy as london... but seem wider ;)
