Sell them here mate http://www.discogs.com
ok I'll check it out, but I'd rather sell in groups rather than individually. My goal is first to get rid. Thanks!

Hi,
I have come into possession of a box of around 130 records. I don't want them.
Here's a link to them on my flickr page. Some of them have price tags on them for between £6-£20 each but you can name your price. I'd like to sell in groups of records but I'm open to whatever.
I don't have a record player so I haven't tried any of the records but the guy I got them from is a pretty great dj and took good care of his stuff overall.
Get in touch by email. roxy at roxyerickson dot comI feel a bit guilty of using fgss for this but ebay sucks for selling records and I'm not sure where else to do it. I have listed them on craigslist as well.

I remember DJing at Cafe 1001 when it was just me and the Japanese tourists.
If there were already japanese tourists when you were there you missed the proper market. Man, proper amazing produce from the farmers and a crazy fabulous flea market. There was nowhere to get a cappuccino, nowhere to buy a canvas photograph of someone else's graffiti (could someone please burn this fucking store down soon!?!?), nowhere to buy new clothes, ahhh, it was great. Then the City moved in. Fucking dick face bastard whore-fuckers. And the artists that didn't sell out had to move out. universal story.
I guess it's the same feeling that Rapha gives people. The debate is not "what it means to be over-priced", it's that creepy feeling that some lethario at a bar gives you, or that sticky dirty feeling you have when you're near a mcDonalds or Nike store; you just have this niggling feeling in the part of your brain that contains your ethics and morals that something just ain't right.
Just like Hermes or Gucci or Louis Vuitton or whomever else, brands like Rapha prey on people who think expensive clothing = better clothing. It is one thing to spend money on great quality, great cut, great craftsmanship, but cutting a square out of fabric isn't exactly rocket science.
There are people out there spending £50 on a square of fabric to cycle in and there are a lot of people around here who are simply laughing and pointing out the fact that basically "the emperor wears no clothes".
That said for those of us who think exploiting whatever animal (beit cute and cuddly or not) is wrong, then I would argue £50 on a silk scarf is underpriced considering the ethics of making the fabric. But then no price would be enough.

Hi All,
Can you help me out? Any of you in these photos from last year?

A German publisher is wanting to use a few of these photos in a book about, wait for it... Fixed gear culture...Stop the press!
Anyway, they aren't paying me anything so I can't offer any payment, but would you be happy to sign a model release for the images? The design of their previous books is pretty nice so I have no doubt that it will be a pretty book.
I'm not very good at knowing which fgss names belong to which "real" faces.
Could you email me at roxy at roxyerickson dot com if you are in these photos? Oh, and they need these releases, like, now.
Thank you very much,
Roxy

I would love to play east tonight if anyone else is down for it. Mike's in too.
