Synthetic. One of these:

Thanks.

Thanks @jgadd
In addition:
Recommendations welcomed for a bivvy bag - hoping to leave the tent at home given it weighs 3.5kg - plus only got single night trips planned. Needs to fit me (6'6"). Something like this seems ok. But then this is cheaper and slightly longer. But will it just turn me into a boil in the bag sweaty mess?Alternatively this seems like a mega bargain. All the other listings of this are around £100+ Not sure its long enough though. 225cm long with pointy ends suggests I'd be getting a wet head or feet.
Also sleeping bag liners seem like a good idea. Should I get one?
Potentially only using these things for less than 5 nights/year. Possibly less.

Is there a map of public bicycle tool stations in London?
I found the cycle hoop one but its mostly pumps:
https://www.cyclehoop.com/pumps/From what I'm aware there are other companies that have toolstations (for example the Clapham Junction one isn't listed).
I just need to adjust my saddle height on the way home. No great drama if not. It'd just be handy.
Normally carry a multi-tool but just plain forgot.

A person in the car can see if you're having to negotiate a junction or similar and pause, hence why conversations in cars can be quite stop start. A person on the phone cannot. Hence drivers on hands free will attempt to keep the conversation flowing more freely and become more distracted. Or will have one of their senses in use when they may need to be using it for driving.

Steel fork? I had this. No matter what I did nothing would fix it. Fitted one of these in the end and it was fine.

I bought the 700c version. Rim isn't great but I intend to use it before replacing. Unfortunately I've not used it yet (its summer) and just got an SP wheel. But it seemed like such a bargain it'd be daft not to have one in 'stock'. Will stick it on a beater or something one day.
Cheaper than the same hub on its own from lots of places.

Thanks. Suspect it'll be a bit too expensive for me. Leaning towards a larger 1 man tent rather than bivvy now.
