nice. it was my first attempt and recording before cutting the loop does seem to work better. when I recorded afterwards, i can’t seem to magnetise the taped part so doesn’t loop seamless. maybe i’m using the wrong tape (just scotch?)

CCTV: I'm in the middle of building and now would be the time to consider a cctv / alarm system, especially if I need to wire for cameras. I'm not very worried but it's also not the safest place. Can anyone recommend cctv / alarm systems? What should I consider?

anyone know good metal roofers that would come to SE London (Surrey Quays?) Need capping on brick walls, edge of roof and around windows, 3 vertical / facade bits and gutters + down pipes. Aluminium or zinc. Not much but a bit fiddly maybe. Any recommendations?

radiators. where can I find good + affordable ones ? shops or brands I should look for? anything I should avoid? I need 4 of them, all around 3000 BTU, (at least) one of them should be low to fit under a window (cill at 45cm). Plain-looking, I don't have space for feature radiators ...

Selling this as the child grows and the flat shrinks:

1. Babyzen yoyo stroller in good condition. It's 3,5y old but barely used in the past 1.5y. Folds small enough to easily carry up 3 flights of stairs or take it as carry on luggage and put it in the overhead locker on a plane (remember planes?) This stroller has worked really well for us in a small 3rd floor flat - £130

Q: child seat for a 4y old, what are my options? Preferably non-bulky and easy to remove. (She is on her own bike on short rides but is still in a bobike mini seat for longer ones. I like having her in front and being able to talk.)
