If you are using it with the BB that is on your bike use the Inner chain spot
for correct (usually) chain line.
If you use the outter you may need to swap your BB

Alot of people use em,
they are great if you want to use two set ups but abit of a waste if you use just them
you lose power/efficiency using the plate and they add extra height.
they are not that great for walking in as it sits like a normal road cleat but higher.

I believe those people opted not to show as they felt the thing is an expensive waste of time.

I went last year and it seems to me like the organisers missed an ideal opportunity to get people excited. It was pretty much a trade show that you had to pay to get into.

Should probably point out that I got free tickets. If I'd have had to pay I'd have been really annoyed.

They changed it late this year the exhibitors can now sell at the show which wasn't possible before which could make it more interesting.

I did the reverse today, I'd decided I was taking the tube to work which means I have to get up earlier than riding. Lay and bed and thought fuck it i'm going to ride.
Got to my bike and then remembered that I had decided to take the tube because I'd taken my front wheel off to replace some spokes and rebuild it.
