the Seat tube maybe is 1cm shorter. but the Top tube is shorter than the S-T for sure.

Hubs, are no name brand as is everything on the bike.
Frame see above, yes it's a steel frame
On-one have some good hubs you could swap them out for £15ea
This is not a high quality bike i don't want to bullshit anyone on here,
Basically you are getting what you pay for and thats £200 for a new bike

But its a good place to start your fixed/single speed revolution
